Robert Pelley is a graduate of HMA/Gander Academy 1962. He is a former officer of both the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry and the Royal 22e Régiment. He ended his career as a senior manager in the Quebec government. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political science from Memorial and a Master's degree from l'École nationale de l'administration publique in Quebec. He is now living in Quebec City with his wife Christine. He is known in some circles as a fairly decent artist. (http://pelleyamdq.voila.net/)
